Our care focuses on building personal relationships with each client for the purpose of supporting every experience individually. Every pregnant person is suitable for birth and we strive to teach our clients to trust their instincts. Yes, a doulas’ training aids them in determining ways to progress labor, however, maternal intuition is the lead. Learning to hone your intuition with your body eases labor, connects you with your baby, and increases self trust.

As a Holistic Postpartum Doula, I offer physical and emotional support during the postpartum period so that the transition with a new baby is smooth. Infant care can be complex whether this is your first child or you are adjusting to having 3 or 4 children.
After labor, and throughout the fourth trimester, you deserve the same level of care you received during your pregnancy. Postpartum doesn’t have to be isolating or defeating. From newborn assistance to referrals, I am still available for additional support.

A “Mother’s Blessing Ceremony” is a healing and honoring event to prepare the birthing mother for the arrival or her child. On this day each guest will join the mother on a journey of self healing and recognizing the strength that lies within.
